Our Policy Regarding Your Files
Your files will be archived for a minimum of one year on our servers unless you request otherwise. Additionally you will be given a CD or Archival DVD containing your images. When requesting archive retrieval it is helpful if you can provide the job number printed on your invoice.
All work that passes through Upstate Light is held in the strictest confidence. All work submitted is assumed to be the intellectual property of the client. Please respect artists’ copyright.
Turnaround
We pride ourselves on prompt delivery and will always quote a time estimate when we accept a job. Turnaround for individual scans is usually within two days, prints within three. Note, prints on glossy or luster surface papers must be allowed to outgas for at least 72 hours before framing. Prints on matt surface fine art papers may take five to seven days as they require a change of inks in the machine.
Shipping
When sending your materials to Upstate Light, we recommend that you use a carrier who provides a tracking number.
We package your prints in archival materials and ship via FedEx or the carrier of your choice.
